Responsibilities:
• Responsible Overall sales and profit of team Target
• Plan and control workflow and work’s direction by follow a company’s strategy.
• Control, analyse and improving sales process (Sale Activities and KPI) along with directors and Business Development team.
• Establish, develop and manage team to achieve goals.
• Build quality staffs to be able to work in the direction as assigned.
• Liaise with others departments to ensure a smooth workflow until submit to customers.
• Work together with company’s partners e.g. Google to reach the assigned goals.
• Flexible for any changes of workflow (one of a company’s policy), to support changes in a business.
Qualifications:
• Male/Female age above 30 years.
• At least Bachelor degree in any fields.
• Skillful in leadership.
• 7 years of work experienced.
• Experienced in sales
• More than 2 years experienced in sales’ management.
• Skillful in MS office (Word and Excel)
• Good attitude and interpersonal.
• Skillful in analyse data and improve working’s efficiency from an obtained data.
• Capable to work under pressure.
• Capable to communication in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Hard-working, responsible and endure.
