หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
• Manage Sales team and sales activity of Airfreight/Ocean Freight Forwarding Services.
• Complete annual forecasting and set sales volume and revenue targets.
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions
• Develop standard operating procedures for major accounts.
• Manage budgeted sales expenses for the assigned territory.
• Ensure accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner by sales staff.
• Develop actionable plans to prepare and present proposals for new business, extensions, enhancements, increasing business within each account and overcome objections to closure.
คุณสมบัติ
• Male or Female, Age 35-40 years old.
• Bachelor or Master degree in related filed.
• At least 8 years of related experience in sales of Freight Forwarding industry is required with Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct sales in the Ocean freight forwarding field with a proven track record of account management and growth.
• Has people management skill and strong in Team leadership.
• Excellent in English speaking & writing.
