JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for performing and providing the essential services and routine secretarial, administrative supports, operational functions and a wide variety of general clerical duties needed & kept them running smoothly, ensures effective and efficient administrative operations. Performs multiple tasks can vary greatly from day to day and binds all functions together by handling the paperwork and procedures to successfully performs their job functions.
GENERAL MISSION:
1. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions that enable the distribution of services for customers and all Executive staff members. Makes sure that the administrative operations of the organization are carried out effectively and efficiently.
2. Typically works in an office environment and is responsible for general administrative tasks and other administrative and office functions. Supports the overall function of an organization by processing and accomplishing clerical duties.
3. Working under the supervision of Secretary to Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage, general administrative responsibilities with technology, expanding office automation include typing, filing, faxing and organizing files and documents.
4. Assists other Administrative staff to accomplish daily responsibilities to ensure all assignments are successfully completed in a timely manner.
