Qualifications
- To be able to communicate English.
- Demonstrate good knife skills.
- Show self anticipate work of kitchen hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Show understanding of HACCP practices and dedication in working hygienically with food.
Responsibilities:
- To provide very good knowledge and standard of food preparation at all time.
- To provide and follow HACCP hygiene standards and food safety at all time.
- To prepare food consistently to the level required by the Chef de Cuisine.
- To complete the daily mise en place for the section to the level required within given time.
- To be able to offer guest assistance if required.
