หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Objective:

1. Must have taken care of a project from the design implementation stage to the production support stage.
(ie: minimum 5 year of experience in Power supply design or related activities.
2. Must be proficient in English Language. Able to read , write and communicate with overseas customer,
especially in the States (USA).
3. Need to be creative and willing to take any challenges, learn from mistakes . No problem should be unsolvable
except for how to solve, implement etc..
4. Able to perform failure analysis on the failures found in the early stages of design.
5. Need to prevent the failure mode happen in their circuit design, and provide the lesson learn for share to other design team

Job Description:

1. Able to manage two or three projects in the same time base. And have leadership skill to manage the persons.
2. Performance, schedule and cost of the product.
3. Accurate and complete documentation: drawings - ensure schematic, pcb drawings is accurate maintain project files (ISO-procedures). Mail archives periodically to the electronic library.
4. responsible for the all design aspects of the power supply design including the QE test parameters, like electrolyticcapacitor life, mtbf, shock & vibration, Environment testing.
5. responsible for power supply product meeting worldwide Safety standards
6. responsible for power supply meeting EMC standards, EMI-conducted, radiated, Power Line transients, ESD discharges.
7. perform Failure analysis on the failed samples and offer solutions to overcome.
8. COMMUNICATION with Customer:
a) Responsible for the technical communication with the customer, with the assistance of the program coordinator.
b) responsible to raise business issues to Product Manager which will in turn raise the cost issue
to the Sales/marketing. ie: cost related issues and the difference to be made known to the sales/marketing team. (Cost issues shall not be divulged into the customer - only to the BU Sales and to
DET Sales team, R&D Manager and the R&D costing officer.)
9. Plan and provides the schedule for the project team to follow, ie: test plan/ procedures, sample build, debug and testing,
debug and testing, to meet customer specification and ensure good communication flows thru the project team.
* milestone, sample ship qty, information and project status remains the DET PMM responsibility.
10. Reviewer for FN, layout requests, safety requests form.
11. Organize project reviews, checkpoint meetings
12. Have experience for review the safety construction before summit the Safety application and review with Safety test
13. Conduct regular training to upgrade the techinical knowledge for the team including new engineer and technician
14. Able to find the root cause of failure mode and provide the ECR for request change with customer
and review production note (SN) for prevent the problem and all of the weak point need to clear in the SN

1. Minimum Degree in Electronic Engineering or Degree in Electrical Engineering with major studies in Electronics.
2. Have experience in bring at least 3 to 4 projects to mass production.
