• Law consultation to management and other sections
• Draft, create or adjust business agreements
• Conduct activities to promote compliance awareness
• Conduct law training to employees
• Collaborate with Legal HQ regarding Legal & Compliance Policy and to implement compliance continuously
• Dealing with government official for obtaining permission or business licenses
• Conduct and create minutes of company meeting
• Other assignments as assigned by superior
คุณสมบัติ
• Male, age 32-40 years old
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Law
• At least 5 years’ experience in Legal, Regulation or Employee Relations
• Must have problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision making skills
• Computer literacy (MS office)
• Good command of English
