Job description

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
• Collected and analyzed market tendency to find new opportunities and avoid risk
• Prepared feasibility study of projects for market, land and financial return
• Coordinate the design, development of the new projects branch / renovate plan as required, and coordinate with the other corporate teams during the acquisition, renovate and feasibility stage.
• Conduct market research on industry competitors and thorough analysis on market trends.
คุณสมบัติ
• Male or Female age over 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration or related filed
• At least 5 years working experience in business development function
• Having experience in retail, property Industry is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Active and skilled in interpersonal, negotiation, communication and project management skills.
• CREATIVE person with strong design and organization skill
