Thailand Business Excellence Award
Start Recruitment is proud to announce that it was nominated and subsequently awarded the 2011 Business Excellence Award by the Thai Ministry of Labour and Social affairs as well as the office of Business Development from the Ministry of Commerce. The Award was for best Recruitment Agency in Thailand for the year 2011.

Start Team was present at the ceremony on September 23rd in the premises of the Ministry of Labour in Bangkok. The ceremony and awards were given to the best companies in various sectors from services to heavy industry. A total of 2,000 guests were invited for the event including various representatives from the Ministry of Commerce, Labour, BOI.
During the ceremony, a new up-to-date information contact centre was opened in the premises of the ministry for job seekers.
The awards were presented by the honourable Mr. Anusorn Kraiwatnussorn, Thailand’s Vice Minister of Labour and Ms.Sutsanee Suebwongpat, the Director General of the Department of Employment. The Recruitment office control team and staff from the Ministry were as well present for the event.
This award is an annual assessment given by Labour department officials based on nominations by business clients as well as professional job seekers. Each Recruitment agency is being granted a maximum of 100 points. These points are based upon various categories. Upon regular labour department physical controls, points are given to assess general administration, completion of monthly and annual labour department reporting, individual professional skills of the team as well as their development in the company, precision of contracts and abidance by the local rules and regulations, labour protection, consulting for job seekers, offered services and clarity of the process to both client and job seeker, Office location and ambience, charity activities of the company and it’s team and other points of internal assessment as well.
