Company Structure

At the head of the company stands its CEO and owner Mr. Martin Stefanek. The Managing Director in Thailand is Mr. Farouk Mogheth. The Company has started its operations on the Thai Labour market as of 2004 acknowledging the need for specific services in the fields of HR and consultancy.

In 2001, at the wish of Mr. Štefánek, a Board of Commissioners, consisting of 8 Start employees were appointed in order to ensure the decision-making processes on important matters concerning the development and future of the company, that all opinions and interests of its employees are represented and noted. To ensure the same level of employee participation, a similar structure is implemented as well in Thailand.
